ABOUT THE JOB
KAEFER Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Painter Blaster to join our Darwin, NT Projects Team for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major project within the Oil & Gas industry, offering attractive hourly rates, a great roster, and the chance to be part of a professional team with a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Perform industrial painting and abrasive blasting activities to a high standard.
Prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings in accordance with project specifications.
Maintain strict compliance with safety procedures and site requirements.
Work effectively within a team environment to meet project deadlines.
Complete all required site inductions, onboarding, and compliance activities.
Contribute to maintaining KAEFER's strong commitment to safety and quality.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 4 years' industrial painting experience.
Proven experience working within the Oil & Gas industry.
Current White Card / OHS Card.
Current Working at Heights certification (within 2 years).
Current Confined Space Entry certification (within 2 years).
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical.
Ability to pass a Paint & Blast Verification of Competency (VOC).
Willingness to complete all required site onboarding and inductions.
A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

$85.00 flat rate per hour
Immediate start available
Project running through to the end of the year
12-hour day shifts
Darwin Local Work, no FIFO
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster
