About the role
This role involves developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals, costing and plans, and coordinating with management for project execution. You will conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner, and cooperate effectively with project directors, managers, and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Key responsibilities
Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposal, costing and plans and coordinate with management for project execution
Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project director & managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates
Oversee installation of mechanical systems
Review M&E drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Prepare project schedules and work plans for M&E activities
Supervise installation of M&E systems and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Monitor material usage and control project costs
About you
Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience in Singapore
Must have process plant working experience
Must be either Mechanical or Electrical background
Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Familiar with project management and site coordination
Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects preferred
Willing to work at site full time as when needed
Willing to relocate based on customer sites requirements
