Job Description:

Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt digital platforms and use cashless where applicable.

Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products and services to suggest as alternative solutions to customers.

Assist in customer’s general enquiries and always ensure service delivery standard including attending service huddles with branch team.

Job Requirements:

Open to schedule as per assigned by supervisors during branch operation hour

Willingness to be on your feet most of the time
