An exciting temporary opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a progressive and growing organisation north of the river.

Working as part of a collaborative payroll team of seven, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll while contributing to a major payroll transformation project, including the implementation of a new software system.

The Opportunity

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Work closely with the wider payroll team to support payroll operations
• Contribute to the implementation of a new payroll system and process improvements
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and employees

About You

• Previous experience in a payroll position with end-to-end payroll responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working within a team environment
• A proactive mind-set and willingness to contribute to process improvements
