Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator

NurseLink Healthcare is looking for a motivated and organised Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can manage multiple tasks, and understands the importance of finding reliable staff for healthcare, aged care, disability and community services.

You will be involved in recruiting nurses, enrolled nurses, personal care assistants, support workers and other healthcare staff across our services.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

Advertising job vacancies across different platforms

Sourcing and screening suitable candidates

Conducting phone interviews and initial candidate checks

Coordinating onboarding documents and compliance requirements

Checking qualifications, police checks, NDIS checks, Working With Children Checks and references

Maintaining candidate records and recruitment files

Following up with candidates during the recruitment and onboarding process

Building a reliable pool of healthcare staff for ongoing shifts

Working closely with the rostering and operations team

Supporting urgent staffing requirements when needed

Ensuring all staff documentation is accurate and up to date

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident speaking with candidates over the phone

Highly organised and reliable

Good with follow-up and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a busy office environment

Able to manage multiple candidates at the same time

Professional, friendly and well-presented

Good with emails, phone calls and basic computer systems

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, HR, rostering, administration, sales or customer service will be highly regarded.

Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. The right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are just as important.
