Reports to the CEO.

Responsible for the operations and P&L of Assisted Living.

Will be very hands-on starting this from ground-up.

Care staff at each site will report to this role, hands-on leadership is expected.

Seek and fully understand the relevant mechanics behind setting up a site including all relevant legislations and laws.

Handle set-up of each site in terms of CAPEX and manning.

Setting up the processes and documentation for the entire operations.

Needs to fully understand the requirements for staff trainings and competencies.

Develop operational and safety standards and ensure training and compliance.

Work with the team to develop weekly programming for clients and training on operational processes for staff.

Work with various teams on channels of distribution to promote Assisted Living.

Reach out, find and liaise with potential clients, explaining the service and sites.

Keep abreast of each client, their care plans, social profiles and medical needs.

Serve as the main Point-of-contact (POC) for clients/NOK regarding administrative matters, emergencies, feedback and suggestions. Provide timely and appropriate responses and actions (if any).

Managing the staff roster to ensure adequate coverage in service delivery.

Be onsite in emergencies to support the team and clients in managing the situation.

Conduct weekly physical inspections to ensure service quality including adherence to SOPs, house rules, general cleanliness & safety standards.

Any other ad-hoc tasks related to Assisted Living assigned

Work on Weekends and Public Holiday may be required
