We are looking for an experienced Travel Planner who is passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences. If you enjoy designing customized itineraries, communicating with clients, and turning travel dreams into reality, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Design and plan customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and budgets.

Prepare quotations and travel proposals.

Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel arrangements.

Provide professional travel advice and destination recommendations.

Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth travel operations.

Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after each trip.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Travel Planner or in the travel industry.

Proficient in using the Sabre reservation system.

Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, travel logistics, and destination planning.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Good command of English (Chinese is an advantage).
