About the Role:

Erina Leagues Club is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced gaming environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and has strong operational knowledge of gaming machine procedures. While your primary focus will be gaming, you may also be rostered across other food and beverage areas of the Club as required.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.

Process gaming machine payouts and assist with customer enquiries.

Perform basic gaming machine maintenance, including clearing faults and lodging service requests.

Prepare and serve beverages, barista coffee and light gaming meals.

Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented gaming environment.

Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.

Comply with RSA, ARCG and Club procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in gaming roles preferred.

A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG certifications.

Experience using Ebet or a similar gaming management system is highly regarded.
