$36 per hour + super
8am to 430 pm / 9am to 530pm
Full time in the office

Talent Connect is currently partnering with a well established organisation within the health space to recruit an experienced and personable receptionist to join their Sydney head office.

Your day to day:

• Welcoming and assisting clients, visitors and employees arriving at the office
• Managing the front desk and ensuring reception remains professional and presentable
• Supporting clients arriving for scheduled appointments and directing them appropriately
• Answering and directing incoming calls and general enquiries
• Managing meeting rooms, bookings and shared office spaces
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and couriers
• Assisting with day to day office coordination and ad hoc tasks
• Handling sensitive information and interactions with professionalism and discretion

Who you are:

• Previous experience within a reception and front-of-house role
• Experience within healthcare, allied health, medical or clinical reception would be highly regarded
• A warm, approachable and professional communication style
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple priorities within a busy reception environment
• A high level of discretion and an understanding of confidentiality
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team when required

Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors and clients attending the office for appointments. This is a varied position combining traditional corporate reception duties with client facing support.
