Who is our client?
We are proud to partner with a boutique South Australian conveyancing business that provides a personalised, high-quality service for residential, commercial and matrimonial transfers.
The business places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, creating supportive and flexible roles where staff are valued, trusted and encouraged to maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives.
About the Role
You’ll manage residential property transactions from start to finish, acting as the key point of contact for clients and coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents and relevant authorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing your own portfolio of property transactions through to settlement
Carrying out AML / VOI checks
Reviewing contracts and form 1s
Coordinating searches, due diligence and settlement requirements
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, solicitors and government bodies
Managing timelines, financial requirements and settlement processes
Identifying and resolving issues throughout each transaction
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance
Providing clear, professional and timely client communication
You will be provided with your own support staff to carry out admin, prepare documents, all your PEXA requirements, stamping and ad hoc tasks
This role is highly focused on customer service and regular phone/email contact with clients and referral partners
This role enables a conveyancer to do what they do best – concentrate on technical components of the transaction, problem solve and being a point of call for all clients and referral partners - all without being run down by admin
About You
We’re looking for a licensed and experienced Conveyancer who can work autonomously and take ownership of their portfolio.
You’ll ideally bring 2+ years' of licenced conveyancing experience, with strong end-to-end settlement knowledge and excellent attention to detail. Experience managing more complex transactions, commercial transactions and matrimonial/family transfers will be highly regarded.
You’ll be someone who takes pride in your work, communicates honestly and professionally, and values flexibility while maintaining high standards. Success in the role will come down to your ability to manage your workload efficiently, maintain accuracy and compliance, and deliver a positive client experience.
The Opportunity

Full-time, with flexibility around how your working week is structured
Fully remote / WFH
South Australian based
Flexibility to work around school, family or other personal commitments
Your working days and hours don’t need to follow a strict Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule

This is a role that offers genuine flexibility and trust. You’ll be expected to manage your workload and client commitments, but there is flexibility to structure your working week in a way that works for you.
