The Role
We are seeking a Sales Professional with a deep passion for the lighting industry and a background in interior design. The ideal candidate will excel at meeting clients' design aspirations through a consultative sales approach, while also providing high-end product presentations that showcase the unique value of our lighting solutions. This role involves not just selling but offering a personalized approach to clients, understanding their needs, and crafting lighting solutions that transform spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Present high-end lighting solutions to clients, focusing on meeting their aesthetic and functional needs.
Establish a strategic sales call cycle, including follow-up activities and product presentations to ensure client engagement.
Operate autonomously to drive new business opportunities while collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and implement strategies to position the company as a leader in the luxury lighting sector.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, and luxury property developers.
Skills & Experience Needed
Proven experience in selling high-end lighting solutions or interior products to architects, designers, and luxury contractors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with design-focused clients.
Exceptional presentation abilities and time management skills, with a client-centric mindset.
Demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and generate sales through a consultative approach.
Results-driven, motivated, and committed to maintaining a professional image.
