About the Role
We're seeking experienced Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Supervisors to join our growing team across multiple Melbourne venues. If you're a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, premium venues and loves developing high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Bring
- Previous management or leadership experience in a busy restaurant, bar or premium hospitality venue
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading busy service periods with confidence
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Commercial awareness, including budgeting and achieving business targets
- Experience with rostering and workforce management systems such as Deputy (or similar)
- Experience using H&L POS (or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and rotating opening and closing shifts
