Job Description:

Attend to customers and understand their vehicle servicing and repair needs.

Explain service recommendations, repair progress, costs, and timelines clearly.

Coordinate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and ensure timely completion of repairs.

Prepare job cards, quotations, invoices, and warranty claims.

Advise customers on preventive maintenance and vehicle inspection requirements.

Conduct vehicle handover and explain the repairs completed.

Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, preferably within the automotive & customer Service industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and respond effectively to customer inquiries

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries

Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office suite

A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service to uphold Company Brand Image.

Possession of a Class 3 Driving License

Willing to work 5.5 workday
