About the role

The ACMV Supervisor role involves hands-on troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, rectification, and repair of VRV, DX, and chilled water air-side FCU systems. You will carry out preventive maintenance to ensure all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems operate efficiently and meet operational standards, attend to breakdowns and urgent service requests, and lead and supervise a team of technicians in carrying out maintenance and repair activities.

Key responsibilities

Perform hands-on troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, rectification, and repair of VRV, DX, and chilled water air-side FCU systems

Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems operate efficiently and meet operational standards

Attend to breakdowns, urgent service requests, and repair works for air-conditioning, mechanical, and electrical systems

Provide daily updates on work progress and completed activities to clients

Coordinate with subcontractors on maintenance, repair, and project works to ensure timely and quality completion

Prepare and submit service reports for client acknowledgement upon completion of maintenance or repair works

Lead and supervise a team of technicians in carrying out maintenance and repair activities

Conduct on-site risk assessments and toolbox meetings before the commencement of work

Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies and procedures

About you

Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only (No quota to hire foreigner)

Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related discipline

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning and M&E maintenance

Hands-on experience with VRV, DX, chilled water systems, and FCUs is required

Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills for HVAC systems

Willing to travel around various different sites

Able to read technical drawings and service manuals

Familiar with WSH requirements and safe work practices

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and respond to after-hours emergency call-outs when required
