About the role:

Operating within Financial Operations, the Procurement Officer supports the end to end delivery of sourcing and procurement activities to ensure efficient and effective project coordination, compliant processes and stakeholder engagement. The position focuses on coordinating tender processes, contributing to developing and maintaining procurement documentation and policies, and providing guidance to ACU staff to uphold governance standards. The Procurement Officer builds collaborative relationships with the Finance team, university stakeholders and suppliers and contributes to continuous process improvement, contract management, procurement and spend data analysis, and compliance initiatives including modern slavery reporting and supplier due diligence.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
