Role: System Engineer
Location: Central, Singapore

Key Responsibilities
Implement, manage, and support Windows-based infrastructure environments
Deliver infrastructure projects and system deployments for clients
Provide onsite and remote technical support, troubleshooting complex technical issues
Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted technology advisor
Identify system improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery activities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting and implementing Microsoft Windows infrastructure
Proven experience in implementation projects and technical support
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS and cloud implementation projects
Relevant Microsoft certifications (Nice to have)
