My client is a leading Non-Bank Lender specialising in Auto Finance. With an impressive growth story, my client has built a strong reputation amongst its competitors and customers.
They are seeking a high calibre Treasury Reporting Manager within Securitisation to join their Treasury team in this broad role.

Description
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst or junior Treasury Manager to join a mid-sized, reputable organisation and gain a breadth of experiences as the organisation continues to grow.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the daily operation of the various warehouses
• Analyse trust performance and monitor compliance with triggers, parameters and obligations.
• Calculation and monitoring of all funding requirements and covenants
• Preparation and quality checking of pool cut information, monthly servicer reporting and pool analysis.
• Review cash flow distribution waterfall calculations.
• Perform daily/weekly cash forecasting
• Maintain the Treasury Dashboard, risk appetite metrics and key performance indicators.
• Manage swaps and interest rate risk, and ensure exposures are appropriately hedged
• Liaising with banks, investors, and other facility counterparties.
• Analyse and provide insight on funding vehicles & performance trends
• Interpreting legal documentation to cross reference against waterfalls
• Supervise a team of junior analysts

Profile

• 5+ years Treasury Operations, Reporting and Securitisation experience
• Detail-oriented, can-do attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (ability to build pivots, v-lookups and complex formulas)

Job Offer
The salary on offer is $150k to $180k base + super + bonus potential.
