Wholesale Credit Officer

6-Month Casual Contract | Hybrid Working | Melbourne

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Wholesale Credit Officer to join a well-established financial services organisation on a 6-month casual contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration, banking, finance, lending or automotive who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Role

• Processing high volumes of invoices and payments
• Reviewing dealer funding requests and vehicle movements
• Monitoring dealer credit limits and outstanding payments
• Responding to dealer enquiries via phone and email
• Reviewing audits and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing reports and completing administrative tasks
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous administration experience within banking, finance, lending, automotive or a similar industry
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Accounting or finance-related qualifications or experience will be highly regarded.
