The Role:

• Small portfolio of 110 properties
• Ingoing’s
• Outgoings
• Routines
• Organising repairs and maintenance
• Leasing, admin and accounts support
• Manage rent reviews and increases

The Person:

• Previous experience managing a portfolio
• Be well presented and a strong communicator
• Hold a valid real estate certificate or license
• Have access to a Car and a driver’s license
• Superb customer service abilities with a passion for new business
• Have a proactive- can do attitude
