MR/HR Driver - Tree Planting & Grounds Maintenance

About the Company

Our client is a respected provider of landscaping, environmental, and grounds maintenance services, known for delivering high-quality outcomes across commercial and public spaces. They are seeking an experienced MR/HR Driver to join their team and contribute to ongoing tree planting and environmental projects across Perth.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a hands-on team. You will combine your driving skills with general landscaping and tree maintenance duties to support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving company trucks and trailers from the O'Connor yard to various worksites.
• Assisting with tree planting activities including mulching, watering, soil preparation, and site clearing.
• Safely operating vehicles, tools, and planting equipment while following safety procedures.
• Completing tablet-based reporting and monitoring plant health and site conditions.

You'll work closely with the site team and be a key part of the broader environmental and landscaping operation.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience driving trucks with trailers.
• Experience in landscaping, tree planting, grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor roles.
• A current MR licence (minimum).
• A current White Card.
• A valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Strong safety awareness and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Traffic Management ticket (desirable).
