About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who is comfortable managing 3+ luxury residential projects at a time. Someone with a passion for quality, keen eye for detail and enjoys working in an autonomous working environment will be a great fit for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of 3+ luxury residential projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget standards are met
• No requirement to be on the tools, your job is the direct oversight of crucial project elements
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff, maintaining clear communication and efficient workflows
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations
• Maintain excellent client relations, representing the company values and commitment to quality

About You:

• 6 + years as a Site Manager within custom, architectural and/or medium density construction
• Proven experience managing architecturally designed projects with high-quality finishes
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Leadership qualities that inspire trust and respect, ensuring a smooth and efficient site
• Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to high standards
• Basement experience would be highly favourable
