With substantial project work secured for years to come, this is your chance to secure long-term employment on a nationally significant manufacturing programme.

Your new company

Based in a large-scale production facility in Osborne, you'll join a highly skilled workshop team responsible for completing high-quality welding and fabrication work on large structural steel assemblies while working within a collaborative production environment while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on heavy structural steel assemblies
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical plans
• Complete fabrication and welding activities to required specifications
• Maintain quality workmanship while achieving production targets
• Follow all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures
• Contribute positively within a team-based manufacturing environment
  
  
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  We're seeking motivated welders who can demonstrate:
  ✔ Previous experience in MIG and Flux Core welding
  ✔ The ability to interpret engineering and workshop drawings
  ✔ Experience within heavy fabrication, structural steel, manufacturing or engineering environments
  ✔ Strong attention to detail and quality-focused workmanship
  ✔ Commitment to workplace safety standards
  ✔ Must be an Australian Citizen
