Food & Beverage Manager - Premium Corporate Hospitality

JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a premium corporate hospitality operation in the Sydney CBD.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader from fine dining, luxury hotels or premium restaurants looking to retain the standards, food, wine and service they love - with the benefit of a Monday-to-Friday roster and no weekends.

The Role

You'll oversee a diverse F&B operation across executive dining, boardrooms, meeting spaces and corporate events, leading an established hospitality team and ensuring consistently high standards of service.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational capability, attention to detail and confidence working with senior stakeholders and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B operations across executive dining, meetings and events
• Manage multiple functions and service requirements simultaneously
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team
• Maintain exceptional service, presentation and guest experience standards
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Manage rostering, labour costs, purchasing and stock control
• Oversee beverage and cellar management
• Maintain compliance across RSA, food safety and WHS

About You

• 5+ years' experience in hospitality leadership
• Background in fine dining, luxury hotels or premium restaurants (bonus would be a blend of these)
• Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge
• Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Sound financial and labour management experience
• Current NSW RSA
