The Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking to take the next step in their career. You will manage a fee base of $1 million and lead a team of 5 staff, working closely with the partners to drive the growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of $1 million in fees across a diverse client base
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 staff
• Provide high-level accounting, tax and advisory services to SME and HNWI clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with the partners on the strategic direction of the firm
• Contribute to business development and practice growth

About You

• CA or CPA qualified
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in public practice
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team
• Strong technical knowledge across tax and advisory services
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Partnership ambition and a commercial mindset
