About the role
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of community-based services for seniors.
Working closely with beneficiaries, volunteers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures smooth programme operations, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement across assigned portfolios.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day programme operations and service delivery to ensure timely and quality support for beneficiaries
Manage service schedules, follow-up actions, and operational workflows across assigned portfolios
Monitor programme activities and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Build and maintain effective working relationships with beneficiaries, volunteers, caregivers, community partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries and operational matters relating to assigned services
Coordinate referrals, appointments, and follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders
Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives where applicable
Coordinate community engagement activities, outreach efforts, and programme-related events
Coordinate service logistics, including site visits, service installations, maintenance arrangements, or operational deployments where applicable
Support procurement, administrative processes, and maintenance of programme records
