About the role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team, managing a quality portfolio of approximately 150 properties across Ascot and Mitchelton. This is more than a portfolio management role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of your clients, use your experience to make a real impact and be part of a team that genuinely values communication, accountability and continuous improvement. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while being backed by a strong internal support structure, modern systems and leaders who want to see you succeed.
Key responsibilities
Managing strong landlord and tenant relationships
Overseeing maintenance, compliance and day-to-day property operations
Providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service
Resolving issues and identifying solutions before they become problems
Using your industry knowledge to support and mentor those around you
Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture
About you
QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Strong residential Property Management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
The confidence to take ownership of your portfolio
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
