As a volunteer Non-Executive Director, you will:

Take part in real conversations about strategy, growth and risk

Bring your perspective and ask thoughtful questions

Help guide the long-term sustainability of the organisation

Support strong governance, financial oversight and compliance

Contribute to decision-making that impacts people with disability in our community

Board members are collectively responsible for setting the organisation’s strategic direction, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting effective risk management.

📅 Commitment:
Bi-monthly board meetings and bi-monthly sub-committee meetings. This is a volunteer role.

✅ Requirements:

Experience relevant to not-for-profit organisations or the disability sector

Current National Police Check (within 6 months)

Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (NDIS endorsed)
