Operating within a large‑scale production and processing environment, this business plays a critical role in the end‑to‑end supply chain; moving product from raw processing through to distribution across WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a team where you can have genuine impact on operational and strategic HR functions. This role will support a major blue-collar site portfolio and report into a Business Partner, working closely with operational leaders on the ground.
This role is best suited to a resilient, true HR generalist who thrives in heavy-industry operations, where you will be the first point of contact for day‑to‑day people matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line HR advice across a wide range of employee relations matters
- Manage ER cases including attendance, performance, conduct and fitness‑for‑work matters
- Support performance improvement processes and general disciplinary matters
- Partner with operational leaders to provide practical, balanced HR solutions
- Coach and upskill leaders who are strong operationally but developing in people leadership
- Support policy, process and capability uplift across the site
- Contribute to recruitment and case review discussions within the broader P&C team
About You
- Around 3+ years’ experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR role
- Strong exposure to employee relations in blue‑collar or industrial environments
- Confident managing day‑to‑day people matters independently
- Able to assess situations and determine the appropriate approach
- Resilient, grounded and comfortable working in a hands‑on, site‑based environment
