An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, compliance and presentation of a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties across Adelaide. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the presentation, maintenance and physical operation of a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial properties.

Supervise service and maintenance contractors to ensure efficient and effective plant operation.

Monitor maintenance works and coordinate responses to tenant service requests.

Ensure all WHS and compliance obligations are met, including fire, lift, mechanical and electrical services.

Review existing service contracts and maintenance arrangements, including re-tendering where required.

Assist with the development and implementation of capital works programs.

Support the delivery of special projects and operational initiatives as required.

Coordinate after-hours contractor attendance and site issues when necessary.

Skills and Experience

Minimum three years' experience in a Facilities Management or similar role.

Experience managing building operations across commercial property assets.

Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical services or a related discipline is highly regarded.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Proven ability to effectively manage contractors and service providers.

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
