Must be able to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently as we have Chinese workers who do not speak English

-Prepare and submit progress claims for main and subcontracts

-Manage VO for main and subcontracts

-Work with project team on VO and procurement

-Prepare subcontract documents and work orders

-Issue payment certificates to subcontractors

-Prepare project cost report

-Liaise with Consultants and subcontractors for contractual or pricing matters

-Prepare final account for subcontract

-Close final account with consultant QS for main contract

-Participate in Tenders
