About the role

Gemelli Brisbane is currently recruiting for a pizza chef to join the Gemelli family

Duties

Work closely with the chefs to ensure smooth operation

Work with the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service

Managing and coordinating all dine-in and takeaway orders

Handling fast-pace restaurant operations

Prepping and making delicious pizzas

Skills & Experience

Proven 2year experience in a similar role

Experience with woodfire oven

Experience with high hydration pizza dough

Full working rights in Australia

A calm and professional approach to their job

Strong communication skills

Incredible attention to detail

Staff and customer service focused
