Linehaul Loader - Immediate Start
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Linehaul Loader to join a busy transport and logistics operation based in Wetherill Park.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced loader looking for consistent work and a competitive hourly rate.
Position Details
- Role: Linehaul Loader
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Mon - Fri 1pm - 9pm
- Pay Rate: $40.36 per hour + Super + potential OT
About the Role
You will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading freight into linehaul trucks and trailers using a counterbalance forklift.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading freight into linehaul trucks and trailers using a counterbalance forklift
- Correctly distributing freight to maintain safe truck and trailer weight
- Balancing the load appropriately across the vehicle
- Maximising available truck and trailer space
- Ensuring freight is loaded safely and securely
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous linehaul loading experience is essential
- Counterbalance forklift experience
- Strong understanding of linehaul trucks and trailer loading requirements
- Ability to correctly balance and distribute freight weight
- Ability to utilise available truck space efficiently
- TUG experience is highly preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
