Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and marketing activities for cell biology and proteomics instruments, chromatography products, and reagents to achieve business growth.
Conduct technical sales visits and deliver product presentations and consultations based on customer requirements.
Support the evaluation of new technologies and develop targeted product marketing strategies to expand market penetration.
Work closely with Application Scientists and Service Engineers to address technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize practical knowledge of protein research techniques, including chromatography, electrophoresis, Western blotting, and imaging, to support technical sales activities and customer enquiries.
Requirements
Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline, with relevant laboratory, technical sales, or technical support experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
