The Role

• Daily prospecting, lead generation, and database growth
• Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining consistent follow-up
• Assisting with appraisals, listing presentations, and vendor meetings
• Coordinating open homes, private inspections, and buyer appointments
• Supporting campaigns from pre-listing through to exchange and settlement
• Gathering buyer feedback and maintaining strong vendor communication
• Assisting with marketing preparation, social media, and campaign activities
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers, and local stakeholders
• Working alongside experienced agents across a quality residential portfolio

What We’re Looking For

• Previous real estate experience preferred, however not essential
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• Strong communication skills with a professional and confident approach
• Energetic, ambitious, and eager to learn
• High level of motivation, resilience, and work ethic
• Genuine interest in developing a successful career in residential sales
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
• Local knowledge of the St George area is advantageous
