The Role

As a Senior Creative, you’ll play a leading role in shaping the creative output of FOUNDRE.

You’ll take ownership of projects from the first conversation through to final delivery, working alongside our creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

Every project is different. One day you could be directing a campaign for a national automotive brand. The next you’re filming a luxury property, launching a hospitality venue or creating content for one of Australia’s fastest growing businesses.

You’re trusted to make creative decisions, solve problems and raise the standard of everything that leaves the studio.

What You’ll Own

Plan, direct, shoot and edit premium photo and video content.

Lead creative productions from concept through to final delivery.

Develop campaign ideas alongside our strategy and marketing team.

Guide and mentor Junior Creatives through feedback and collaboration.

Maintain the highest creative standard across every project.

Build genuine relationships with clients and confidently lead productions on location.

Continuously refine our production systems, workflows and creative processes.

Push yourself and the team to create work that is better than yesterday.

Skills & Experience

5+ years working within a creative agency, production company or in-house creative team.

Strong portfolio demonstrating filmmaking, editing and visual storytelling.

Advanced experience with Davinci Resolve, After Effects and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, audio and production workflows.

Experience leading shoots and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Current Australian Driver Licence.

The Details

Full time position.

Monday to Friday, based in our Manly studio.

Regular travel for client productions across Sydney and interstate.

Occasional after hours shoots for campaigns, launches and events.

Competitive salary based on experience.
