Passionate about creating learning experiences where children can thrive?
At Beyond Early Learning, we believe exceptional educators deserve an environment where they can thrive. As a proud South Australian not-for-profit provider and part of Scotch Enterprises, a wholly owned subsidiary of Scotch College Adelaide, every decision we make and every dollar we invest goes back into supporting the wellbeing of our children, families, educators and local communities.
We're looking for a passionate Diploma Qualified Educator for our Mount Gambier Centre who is committed to creating engaging learning experiences, building meaningful relationships and supporting every child to reach their full potential.
Why join Beyond Early Learning?
Wellbeing isn't just part of our educational approach; it's at the heart of everything we do. Through our unique Flow Learning, children move naturally between beautiful indoor and outdoor learning environments that foster curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
If you're looking for more than just a job, if you want to be part of an organisation where your ideas are valued, your wellbeing matters and you can make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.

Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues that support each child's individual learning journey.
Observe, document and contribute to children's learning and development through reflective practice and the planning cycle.
Work collaboratively with your team to maintain safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments.
Support the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Beyond Early Learning's policies and procedures.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement and a positive team culture through collaboration and professional reflection.
Promote children's wellbeing, inclusion and sense of belonging through meaningful everyday interactions.
