With our growing client base, we are excited to welcome a friendly and organised Client Services Officer to join our growing team in North Adelaide.
About the role
This flexible part-time role plays an important part in supporting our clients and day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for many clients, you will help deliver a professional, welcoming and efficient experience while contributing to the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
Managing front-of-house interactions, client bookings and general enquiries with warmth, professionalism and efficiency
ASIC corporate compliance administration, including company annual reviews and related documentation
Assisting with AML/CTF (Tranche 2) compliance processes and client identification requirements
Assisting with client onboarding processes
Preparing of client documentation, letters and general correspondence
Collecting and processing mail from the Post Office box
Creating and coordinating social media content and maintaining the website
Scanning, filing, and database management
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a client-facing administrative or customer service role, preferably within a professional services environment
Experience with one or more of the following would be advantageous, but is not essential: Xero, Xero Practice Manager (XPM), FYI Docs, and BGL CAS360
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients
Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise workload in a busy environment
Professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset
Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Remuneration
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), plus superannuation. The final salary package will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
