About the role

This is a Talent Acquisition Business Partner role leading recruitment for a fast-growing Korean F&B brand's expanding operations across Singapore. Your primary mission is to build a strong pipeline of quality frontline employees and help the company hire faster, better, and smarter. This role is not a general HR position.

Key responsibilities

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all operational hiring

Recruit kitchen crew, chefs, service crew, cashiers, supervisors and outlet managers

Build a consistent pipeline of quality candidates before vacancies arise

Source candidates through JobStreet, referrals, agencies, social media and alternative recruitment channels

Screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Manage offers and onboarding

Partner closely with Operations Managers and Outlet Managers on manpower planning

Conduct exit interviews and identify turnover trends

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation complies with Singapore MOM regulations

About you

3-5+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partner experience

Strong recruitment experience within the F&B, Retail, Hospitality or Service industries

Proven success hiring large numbers of frontline or blue-collar employees

Experience recruiting cooks, chefs, service crew, cashiers and outlet managers

Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Familiarity with Singapore MOM employment practices

Highly organised with strong follow-through

Comfortable working in a fast-growing and fast-moving environment
