Responsibilities

· Involve in the monthly/quarterly IFRS reporting works, includes the following:

o Perform input data preparation for financial reporting processes, including actual transaction data and reference data required for IFRS 17 reporting solutions;

o Support the preparation of reporting disclosures for statutory, group, regulatory, and other ad hoc reporting requirements;

o Review and reconcile solution outputs across systems and reporting components to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy;

o Validate reporting outputs and investigate variances, exceptions, and unusual movements, ensuring timely rectification and clear explanations;

o Perform reporting analysis, including flux, variance, and trend analysis, and provide insights on underlying drivers and movements;

o Monitor monthly and quarterly reporting timelines to ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.

· Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls, documentation, and working procedures to enhance efficiency

· Assist the lead of financial reporting in the preparation of new requests relating to the standards

· Involve in accounting system calibration, users acceptance test and financial reports customization, if any

· Preparation of the holding company’s monthly reporting and financial statements

Requirements:

Min 3 years of experience in financial accounting and analysis, management reporting & internal controls

Audit experience or involvement in IFRS17 related works is preferred

Degree in Accountancy or recognised accounting professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA)
