The Role

Manage site works on projects ranging from $200k to $5m (Mech) across Sydney.

Responsibilities will encompass meticulous scheduling, sub-contractor management, assisting the Project Manager in adhering to time and budget goals and constraints, OHS, and ensuring sites are safe and compliant.

Requirements

Full work rights in Australia (non-negotiable)

HVAC trade or degree with extensive industry knowledge

Stable employment history in Australia

Proven track record in HVAC projects / site supervision
