This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of focused, detail-driven work along with some hands-on involvement in a supportive warehouse environment.

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant /Data Entry to join a well-established automotive dealership based in Darra. This role sits within the parts and receipting function, with a pick pack duties within their warehouse (including use of forklift so current license essential) + a focus on accurate data entry and system processing.

This position is being offered on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent over time (although not guaranteed), so we are ideally looking for someone seeking stability and a longer-term opportunity.

The role is part-time, working approximately 5 hours per day (ideally 10-3), Monday to Friday, making it ideal for someone looking for consistent hours that fit around other commitments.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• General pick/pack duties including use of forklift
• Organising and maintaining stock within a warehouse environment
• Accurate data entry of incoming automotive parts into the system
• Checking and matching supplier documentation with received stock
• Processing receipting of goods
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

You will be ideal for this role if you have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse / storeperson / pick packer role
• General data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Good attention to detail when receiving and checking stock
• The ability to work in a fast-paced but supportive team environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist in both office based and warehouse tasks
• While not essential, an interest in cars or the automotive industry would certainly be an advantage
