You’ll be helping customers book their dream holidays - from Portuguese river cruises on the stunning Douro river, to Italian Amalfi Coast adventures and everywhere in between.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

Build genuine relationships with customers planning overseas adventures

Provide quotes and create tailored travel packages

Hit (and celebrate!) weekly and monthly sales targets

Deliver exceptional customer service from first chat to departure

Upsell extras like insurance, tours, and accommodation

Ensure every travel package is booked accurately and runs smoothly

About you:

A true travel lover - maybe you’ve worked in the industry, backpacked, or explored the world yourself

Proven sales and customer service experience

Confident communicator who connects easily with people

Goal-driven with a passion for achieving results

Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability

A team player with a positive attitude and great energy
