Recruiter - Join Our High-Performing Team

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join a collaborative team. This is a high-volume recruitment role where you'll play a critical part in attracting talent, managing recruitment administration, and partnering with leaders across the business to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and compliance checks.

Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure the integrity of recruitment systems and data.

Coordinate and manage job advertising across internal and external platforms.

Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive recruitment experience.

Support workforce planning initiatives and recruitment projects to meet business growth requirements.

Contribute to recruitment reporting, talent attraction initiatives, and process improvements.

Provide administrative support to the team, including managing inbox enquiries, maintaining documentation, and ensuring data accuracy.

Assist with onboarding and other recruitment-related activities to drive outcomes.

About You

You are someone who enjoys working in a fast pacedenvironment and can confidently manage a high volume of recruitment activity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You bring:

Experience in high-volume recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

A team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing candidate information and data entry.

The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
