Due to continued growth, we are seeking either an experienced Telecommunications Technician or a motivated Trainee Telecommunications Technician to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on field-based role working on telecommunications infrastructure across a variety of projects.

Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:

Installation, maintenance and fault-finding of telecommunications infrastructure

Aerial and underground network construction

NBN and carrier network works

Reading and interpreting plans and job scopes

Completing redlines, photos and job documentation

Operating tools, equipment and plant

Working safely at heights and in various environments

Mentoring trainees and junior team members (experienced applicants)

Experienced Applicants

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in:

Telecommunications construction and maintenance

NBN network infrastructure

Aerial network work

Copper and fibre networks

Lead hand or crew leader experience

Fault finding and problem solving

Highly Regarded Qualifications

Telecommunications qualifications

Working at Heights

EWP Licence

MR Truck Licence

First Aid

Construction White Card

Trainee Applicants

No industry experience is required.

Essential Requirements

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Strong commitment to workplace safety
