About the role

mf kitchens is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in Lilydale, VIC. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery for our residential and commercial clients. This is a fulltime role with excellent opportunities for career growth.

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

We're looking for

Formal qualification in Cabinet Making or a related trade

Minimum Certificate III qualification in Cabinet Making is required

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker, preferably in a kitchen or joinery manufacturing environment

Strong practical woodworking skills and expertise in using power tools and machinery

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Work you'll be doing

Interpreting design plans and specifications to produce cabinetry and joinery items

Operating woodworking machinery and tools to fabricate cabinet components

Assembling cabinetry and joinery in the factory

Ensuring all work meets quality standards and project deadlines

Collaborating with the design and project management teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
