About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and collaborative Team Members and Supervisors to be part of our dynamic Hungry Jack’s team. Whether you're helping run daily operations or leading the shift, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

As a valued team member, you will work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions matter. For Supervisors, you’ll take the lead in supporting and guiding the team to reach their full potential, while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What are skills and experience are we looking for?

2+ years working in quick-service restaurants

Lead by example attitude

In-depth food safety knowledge

Full time, flexible availability

Strong multi-taskers with a can-do attitude.

Those who enjoy a fast-paced environment – our stores can serve 100 + customers per hour

Those who can work as part of a team and independently

Individuals with high problem-solving skills

Supervisors: you must have strong leadership skills

Proven accountability for a team of 10+ employees

Previous leadership experience in a shift supervisor or team leader position for a minimum of 2 years
