Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic First Aid Trainer to conduct courses and ensure the excellence of our first aid training programs. The ideal candidate has medical experience with a proven track record as an educator and a deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of training delivery and assessment.

Instructional Leadership & Quality Assurance: Serve as the lead authority for any of the following course content, instructional methodologies, and skill evaluations for the following programs:

Standard First Aid Course

BCLS + AED

Child First Aid

CPR + AED

Curriculum Compliance: Ensure all training programs strictly adhere to the latest guidelines and accreditation standards set by relevant authorities (e.g., SRFAC).

Administrative Oversight: Manage course content, instructor assessments, and the maintenance of training records and equipment.

Requirements:

Certified Trainer: Possess a full and current Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

Medical experience is valued. Must hold valid and recognized certifications as an Instructor for any of the following the following:

Standard First Aid Course (Instructor)

BCLS + AED (Instructor)

Child First Aid (Instructor)

CPR + AED (Instructor)

Gross Salary: Up to $3,500
