The Role

Join Crown Sydney’s luxury hotel team as an Overnight Arrival Attendant, supporting Valet and Porter duties, where you’ll help create seamless and memorable arrival and departure experiences for guests from around the world during the overnight period.

Internally known as Bell Services Attendant, this is an opportunity in one of Sydney’s most prestigious hotel environments, combining guest assistance, valet parking, room escort, and luggage support. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing role and take pride in delivering polished service throughout the night, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a Part Time Overnight opportunity

What you’ll do:

Support seamless guest arrivals and departures overnight with professionalism, care and attention to detail

Handle, transport and securely store guest luggage

Escort guests to their rooms and provide helpful guidance on room features and in-room technology

Drive, park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and professionally

Deliver warm, efficient service that helps create a smooth and memorable overnight guest experience

What you’ll need:

A valid NSW driver’s licence (minimum Green Ps / P2)

Confidence driving and parking a range of vehicles (automatic and/or manual)

Availability to work overnight shifts across a 7-day rotating roster

Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply. Candidates who hold an overseas/international licence must be willing to obtain an NSW driver licence.

What will help you stand out:

Experience in a hotel, valet, porter or other fast-paced guest-facing environment

Confidence working in an active, on-your-feet role that involves both guest interaction and physical tasks

Strong attention to detail when handling guest belongings, hotel room detail and vehicle movements

A polished and professional approach, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create a smooth overnight arrival experience
