The Opportunity
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll drive the day-to-day operations of a busy perioperative department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

Working closely with the executive leadership team and visiting specialists, you'll play a key role in service development, workforce planning, quality improvement and operational performance.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous leadership experience as a NUM, Nurse Manager or senior clinical leader.
• Strong people leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Sound operational, financial and workforce management skills.
