We are the home of harness racing in Victoria.

We are a seven day a week entertainment venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including dining facilities, large function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, busy gaming lounge and sports bar & TAB.

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Performance

Organising and managing work tasks according to schedule or set priorities.

Adhering to Melton Entertainment Park values, policies, and procedures such as Occupational Health & Safety, food, and hygiene standards, maintaining a professional appearance etc

Participating in performance reviews according to Melton Entertainment Park policy

Self-directed learning and development as well as undertaking any required training.

identify opportunities for continuous improvement in work processes and procedures and adapt to change in workplace practices.

Perform any other duty that may be reasonably regarded as relevant to the job as directed by management.

Team Contribution

Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating Melton Entertainment Park customer service and performance standards applicable to the relevant work area.

Sound working knowledge of products, services, activities, and promotions offered by Melton Entertainment Park.

Build effective work relationships. Work cooperatively with team members, assist others, contribute to team performance and demonstrate support for Melton Entertainment Park’s commitment to a harassment free workplace.

Customer Service

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working in a Gaming Room is highly regarded.
• Understanding of VGCCC (Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Check) and Liquor control Victoria compliance and procedures.
• Must have RSA/RSG and Gaming licence

AVAILABILITY

Must be available to work a rotating roster of night shifts finishing at either 1am or 3 am.
